His lips were warm against his brother's, so warm that it didn't matter that they were near-frozen and not-quite-sleeping in the back of the Impala. His body was curled warm around his brother's, the heat of their skin leaking through layers of clothing and blankets that seemed like both too much and too little. His brother's hands on his face and his own in his brother's hair were warm enough to make them forget the snowbanks just outside the rear windows. And his tongue slipping soft and strong into his brother's mouth was warm like bedtime stories and cookies in the oven and soccer game victory hugs. Even through all the cold in their lives, this, between them, was warm.
