How painful ... the fact that Sam can enter his dreams, can know what he thinks, shouldn't be a shock after the time when he dreamed his own death but it still is .. chronologically that hasn't happened yet and yet the fact that Dean can't even escape in his own head, oh that's cruel. (Wickedly delightful but what can I say? Some people are just skilled in hurting Dean Winchester).
