It's hard to sum up all my reactions to this in one comment (but here goes). AS always what stands out for me is the emotional dimension entwined with the power dynamic. There is the aspect of all this that I find so hot, but it has a greater impact than only that because of the emotional resonance. And the whole Sam/notquiteSam/Dean dynamic is just brilliant.
And on top of all that there is a fluidity and poerty in your writing that enhances the whole mood, that really takes it into this sort of dream space.
