Alrighty, so, even though I was officially "going to bed" last night, I stayed up to finish this because I couldn't stop reading! This is really phenomenal. Like I said, the characterization is fabulous and while I just really cringe because OMG YOU HURT DEEN, etc etc. I think this is just smart writing. Brava, dear.
