Wow.

I'm reading through this series for the first time and there is just so much...and sometimes things are just so hard to REALLY know what's happening and why.

This installment exspecially is very trippy. I guess because it's a dream. But I know it's more than that. It may be a planned dream that evil-Sam planted in Dean's head to further his conditioning subconsciously (though I don't think everything went exactly to plan because of student-Sam, he is a 'weak' version of Sam and the teacher seemed to want to teach student-Sam too to be 'stronger' and 'give in'). Or it may somehow be a shared dream between Sam and Dean. Dean was the focus so I'm sure that he was in the dream, but I know it wasn't just his subconscious making the dream because of student-Sam's freak out/yelling at Dean, and then the flashes Dean got of the time Sam was raped by one of his captors. It's too bad Dean doesn't remember that.

I could say a lot more about this series. Sometimes it's so hot, but other times it makes me tear up, or just get so depressed or scared for Dean. But I hope you just keep writing. I can't wait to read more, and see how this ends. I know you have 2 endings and I can only imagine that one or both is more than bittersweet. I really want Sam to eventually be himself again-before the brainwashing (he did hide a piece of him in Dean)-but even if that does happen the world has been re-created and I don't know how Sam and Dean could survive in a world run by demons-though I guess they could fight? But I also can't imagine Sam or Dean going back to how they were, especially after all of thier conditioning-and I imagine Dean's will just get worse...
