This was another intense and great piece. I like how it started out in a funny way and ended so brutally, painfully. But all throughout, I could feel the tension/suspicion that Dean is feeling about Sam in the beginning and I can't wait to read the next part.
What Sam did...it was rape...and it was so painful to read it (of course, that's what makes it good writing). The sentence "No one cares. No one's coming. You just have to suck it up and- …" and the ending...just broke my heart. Great job in showing Dean's mental state and the buildup of their [abusive] relationship.
