Wow! You read through everything so fast! And it's entirely possible that you saw some of them when they were first posted ages ago. I'm glad you could find the tragedy fascinating, though.

As for the dreams, I think there may be some confusion about things. In this installment, all of the dreams are presented from Dean's perspective, so they're most likely Dean's dreams rather than Sam's, even if, like at the beginning, we know that Sam was experiencing a dream-nightmare at the same time. We don't know what Sam dreams about and can only speculate - maybe it's in some of the veins that you mention, maybe not. It is both possible and not that Dean or readers might find out later.

Now, do I personally as a writer have hope that love does/will exist between them? Absolutely. What that love might look like in a dark and twisted post-apocalyptic world, though? That's another question entirely. ;-)

Point of clarification, fyi, Dean only dreams of committing suicide, so there wouldn't necessarily be anything for Sam to catch him at. And, although this 'verse is really written to be from Dean's perspective, we will certainly get to see more sides of Sam very soon. Hope that helps.

Thanks for joining the readership here! I really appreciate your thoughts! :)
