I will admit that I am partial to femslash, perhaps that makes me prone to over reviewing het. The c-word is just harsh to me. I think was the immediate introduction of the word that made my lip curl. I do find that people (not just me) tend to double take on "cunt" to see if it's the body part or the insult, causing a slight distraction. Not to mention the negitve association with the word. It's hard for me to explain, i guess.
It's just that you are a really great writer, and I wanted you to know that the c-word can be off putting, er yea.
