I enjoyed this. Good, entertaining read, with a fleshed out AU, and nice parallels with the canon.
Reading the prompt afterwards was hilarious though, because while this was more serious, and less camp than the prompt-novel, I could definately see the plot parallels. So - is Dean actually of succubus descent? That sounds like an interesting idea to play with. ;)
Just to make sure I've got this straight: Sam is Mary & John's son, by way of John's possession by Azazel, right? And Azazel is the one that killed Mary, then kidnapped Sam to be raised by them, yeah? If so, why does Sam refer to himself as a bastard? Is it because Azazel is being counted as a third parent? Or did I miss another guy there? ;)
Also, nice twist on the standard cesty guilt trip, Dean's was more the standard - oh god, my brother (but I'll deal with it anyway). Sam's more - oh god, my brother again. And ow. Could be worse things, obviously.
